Case Study · Hospitality · 2025
The Pearson Room is a restaurant and bar in Canary Wharf, London. We run their social end to end — content, posting, and community — so the feed looks as good as the food.

01 · The Brief
Great room. Quiet feed.
The Pearson Room had the location, the menu and the cocktails — but a feed that went quiet between events. In Canary Wharf, where lunch decisions are made on a phone in an elevator, that’s a real cost.
The brief: take social off their plate entirely, and make the feed a reason to walk in.

02 · What We Did
Full social management, end to end.
We manage the account completely: shooting and editing content, writing captions, planning the grid, and handling the daily conversation with followers and guests.
The system runs on a consistent visual rhythm — dishes, cocktails, the room itself — with event pushes for comedy nights, gin menus and seasonal offers layered on top.

03 · The Outcome
A feed that fills tables.
115 posts in, the account has grown to 1.3k followers with a grid that sells the room before anyone reads a menu. Events get real reach, and the venue has a channel it never has to think about.
