Case Study · Barbershops & Grooming · 2026

Mega Barbers is a concept build — a demo site we made to show what we’d put in front of a neighbourhood barbershop. No client brief, no live shop: just the same process we run on a paid project, so you can click through the result instead of imagining it.

Mega Barbers — Barbershops & Grooming case study

The brief we set ourselves.

Most barbershops lose bookings in the same three places: prices are hidden, the shop’s personality never makes it onto the page, and booking takes more taps than it should. We wanted a build that fixes all three, and we wanted to be able to hand someone a link rather than a pitch deck.

So we treated it like a real job. One shop, one town, one goal — get a stranger from “looking for a barber in Vaughan” to a booked chair without stopping to think.

Prices up front. Booking one tap away.

Six pages — home, about, rates, gift vouchers, booking and contact — built around a single action. Every service leads with its price ($35 cut, $20 beard trim, $30 hot towel shave) and its own book link, so nobody has to call to find out what something costs.

The rest is atmosphere doing a job: warm, low-lit imagery, a short “listen — refine — finish” walkthrough of the visit, hours and FAQs where people actually look for them, and a gift voucher page for the months when gifting drives walk-ins.

A demo you can book on.

The site is live as a working demo: fast, mobile-first, structured for local search, and ready to be rebranded for a real shop in days rather than weeks.

It is also how we prefer to quote grooming and service businesses — point at something finished, then talk about what changes for them.
