Case Study · Gyms & Fitness · 2025
MBS Fitness & Rehabilitation runs private, coach-led gyms across Concord, Woodbridge and North York. They came to us for the full build: a new website, brand-consistent marketing, and a social presence that matches what happens on the gym floor.

01 · The Brief
Three gyms. No front door.
MBS had what most local gyms want — real coaches, a loyal member base, and results you can see. What they didn’t have was a digital presence that reflected any of it. Search for a gym in Vaughan and they simply weren’t in the conversation.
The brief was the full build: a website that could carry memberships, class launches and personal training enquiries, plus the marketing and social foundations to get it found.

02 · What We Did
Built to book, not just to browse.
We designed and built a new site around the way people actually choose a gym: coaches first, classes second, friction never. Every page drives to two verbs — join now, or book a visit.
Class memberships, HYROX training, recovery therapy and puppy yoga each got their own landing pages, structured for local search. Social and marketing run on the same system, so the brand looks identical from Instagram to the front desk.

03 · The Outcome
A local gym that shows up first.
MBS now has a single, coherent front door across three locations — a fast site built for conversion, social that feeds it, and campaigns ready for their September class launch.
The foundations are set up to scale: new classes, new locations and new offers all plug into the same structure without a rebuild.
